Ordering
Direct Sparklers accepts all form of credit card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Venmo.
Same day shipping on all orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
All orders placed after 2:00 PM EST. will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Your offer is being accepted in Hubbard, OH when your payment clears.
General Information
Customers should confirm with the venue to ensure sparklers or other celebratory products are permitted.
Please note that the name of the Sparkler does not indicate length. #20 does not mean 20 inches.
Shipping
All products offered by Direct Sparklers can only be shipped via UPS Ground Service. No air delivery is allowed. UPS delivery days are Monday through Friday. Direct Sparklers can only ship to a physical address, no PO Boxes.
There are no rush orders on sparklers, no “next day air” or “2nd day air” options are available for these products.
We cannot ship sparklers to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico, California, Massachusetts, or Oregon.
Direct Sparklers will not be held responsible for delays in transit times.
Returns
Direct Sparklers will accept returns within 180 days from the purchased date. Customers will be responsible for all UPS return fees. Direct Sparklers will email a UPS return label to the customer, who is then responsible for shipping the order back to Direct Sparklers. No refund will be issued until product is returned to Direct Sparklers. Once we receive the returned product, we will credit your account minus the UPS return fees.
Damaged or Missing Packages
Please let Direct Sparklers know immediately if your product arrives damaged or is missing pieces. We will work with you to rectify the issue and make sure you are satisfied.
